Return Information

We guarantee that our merchandise will be free of manufacturing defects and will accept all defective items for refund or exchange. Fisherman's World accepts all unused, or unworn returns within 60 days of purchase. This does not include warranty issues. If the item is broken during use this is considered a warranty issue and the manufacturer of the item must be contacted. Please do not mail us back used/broken items as we will have to charge a 20% restocking fee.

INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE, OR BROKEN IN SHIPPING

If the item sent is incorrect, defective, or broken in shipping, Fisherman's World will pay all return shipping expenses. If this is the case, please contact us within 2 business days at support@fishermansworld.net.

ORDERED BY MISTAKE

If the item is ordered by mistake, the buyer will be held responsible for shipping expenses. Please send unused, or unworn returns back to our store within 60 days of purchase. Items must have original tags intact. Please enclose order number, name and phone number. If you would like a prepaid return label (which will then be subtracted from your total return), please contact us at support@fishermansworld.net. Return shipping on rods is $25.00, while most other items are typically between $5.00 - $20.00.
